Paul Herdsman
Paul Herdsman is an experienced finance professional with over 30 years in advisory roles, specializing in insurance, wealth strategies, and retirement planning. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, and he began his career with the World Meteorology Organization, where he gained technical and analytical expertise. Paul has held leadership roles, including Regional Vice President at Primerica and HBW Insurance, overseeing teams and managing policy and investment strategies. Now an independent contractor, he markets financial products for multiple firms, providing clients with innovative, tailored financial solutions. An active member of the Rotary Club and served as President, Paul is also committed to community service as co-founder of the non-profit Servant Heart, and a board member of CHI - Community Health of South Florida, Inc. His guiding principles are faith, family, and integrity in service.

Keriann Herdsman
Keriann has over fourteen years of experience in the finance and accounting industry, including seven years as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Accounting, complementing her credentials as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and financial auditor. Her career spans the entertainment, energy and utility, higher education, and manufacturing sectors, where she has optimized financial structures and administered complex financial processes for Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies. Keriann’s expertise in reviewing financial statements and analyzing complex accounting transactions—such as mergers, asset impairment, and derivatives—for corporations with revenues exceeding $6.2 billion ensures that clients' financial and strategic objectives are met with precision and foresight. Keriann’s professional acumen is complemented by a global outlook. She brings a unique perspective and curiosity to every endeavor.

Akeel Herdsman
Akeel Herdsman is an experienced long-term equities trader specializing in macroeconomic analysis and strategy development. With a robust background in analyzing global equities, currencies, and futures, Akeel combines technical and fundamental insights, emphasizing statistical rigor and back testing to optimize investment decisions. He’s also skilled in high-speed, data-driven day trading on a level 2 platform. Akeel holds a Master of Science in Medical Physics with a thesis in Quantitative Image Analysis, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Computer Science with Upper 2nd Class honors. His years of teaching complex Physics and Finance concepts at a university level highlight his strong communication ability, making him adept at breaking down intricate market strategies and economic indicators for diverse audiences. Passionate about Math, Physics, and applied Finance, Akeel brings analytical precision and a strategic outlook to any advisory role.
