Paul Herdsman is an experienced finance professional with over 30 years in advisory roles, specializing in insurance, wealth strategies, and retirement planning. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, and he began his career with the World Meteorology Organization, where he gained technical and analytical expertise. Paul has held leadership roles, including Regional Vice President at Primerica and HBW Insurance, overseeing teams and managing policy and investment strategies. Now an independent contractor, he markets financial products for multiple firms, providing clients with innovative, tailored financial solutions. An active member of the Rotary Club and currently serving as President-Elect, Paul is also committed to community service as co-founder of the non-profit Servant Heart, and a board member of CHI - Community Health of South Florida, Inc. His guiding principles are faith, family, and integrity in service.
